Zhejiang wood toys green mold technology to make new breakthroughs
Recently, by the Zhejiang Provincial Academy of Forestry, Yunhe wooden toy industry provincial regional science and technology innovation service center and other units jointly implement the provincial public welfare technology project ” green mold technology research and application” passed the acceptance. The main contents of the project were as follows: the effects of acid-base solution extraction, superheated steam treatment and high-temperature oil heat treatment technology were studied. The effects of mildew, chemical composition, surface color and water absorption were analyzed. The effects of high temperature oil heat treatment, superheated steam treatment and extraction treatment of three kinds of toy woods were improved, and the wood quality and appearance quality were improved. The project is closely linked with the actual production of wooden toys, integrated innovation and application effect is remarkable, the establishment of a wooden toy mildew treatment pilot demonstration line 1, the product by Intertek Testing Services Ltd., Shanghai, South German certification testing (China ) Co., Ltd. and other units testing, anti-mildew anti-corrosion performance is good, safety indicators in line with GB 6675-2014 toy safety standards, ASTM F963-08 US toy testing and EN71 EU toy safety standards.
